HASH ELEVENSHash Elevens
An AI governance consultancy focused on responsible adoption, internal policies, risk registers, privacy considerations and governance frameworks.
I'm Frank Sunthorn, a Melbourne-based Australian lawyer and project creator focused on AI governance, responsible adoption and practical implementation.
Through Hash Elevens, I help organisations consider where AI can be useful, understand the risks involved and establish the policies and governance needed to support its use. My work includes internal policies, risk registers, privacy considerations and governance frameworks.
I also created Flogga and Kooee, using AI tools to help develop both projects as well as Hash Elevens. This gives me hands-on experience of putting AI to work alongside my advisory perspective on its responsible use.
I'm interested in how AI can support legal and business work, and how to translate its possibilities into practical uses with appropriate oversight. That interest extends to blockchain, digital assets and the wider questions emerging technologies raise for organisations and the people who use them.
Before founding Hash Elevens, my legal work included regulatory matters, commercial drafting, business structuring and estate-planning support. Earlier roles in law-firm business development shaped my commercial perspective and confidence working with senior stakeholders.

An Australian marketplace for buying, selling and swapping pre-owned technology.

A digital experience for everyday routines, private calming tools and connection with approved supporters. Currently an invite-only pilot.
I have used AI tools to create and develop all three ventures. This hands-on experience of AI-assisted business creation, adoption and implementation informs my work in AI governance.
